$5k HIRING BONUS!!!
1/2 paid at 6 months and 1/2 paid at 1 year
Salary: $24.23 $25.81 per hour
Position Overview
In this rewarding role you will play a crucial part in supporting individuals with disabilities by ensuring they receive the highest quality healthcare in a residential setting. As a vital member of the team youll be responsible for administering medications treatments and providing handson care all while maintaining accurate medical records and ensuring compliance with health regulations. Youll help schedule and coordinate medical appointments monitor the health and wellbeing of residents and advocate for timely compassionate care from healthcare providers. In addition to performing nursing duties you will have the opportunity to train and guide staff helping to create a supportive and knowledgeable environment. Work Location: Ontario County NY
Schedule: MF 84 with some flexibility to meet program needs

Responsibilities
- Performs nursing duties within the NYSED Licensed Practical Nurse scope of practice.
- Maintains current medical medication anecdotal and immunization records on all assigned individuals daily monthly and/or annually as specified by regulations.
- Administers prescribed medical treatments/medications to individuals according to physicians orders and maintains accurate record keeping to include: physicians orders acquisition storage and disposal.

Requirements
- Current valid NYS licensed LPN.
- Must possess a valid New York State Drivers License that meets the Agency Driver standards.
- No lifting restrictions.
