- A valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle

A Day in the Life
- Start your workday from home with your job assignments sent the night before
- Complete 35 maintenance work orders daily across various property types (singlefamily homes condos apartments townhomes)
- Upload completed work details and photos into our system (we provide the phone)
- Handle a variety of repairs rental license requirements Section 8 fixes and other property maintenance needs
- Deliver The GC Realty Experiencesolve problems on the first visit provide toptier service and leave a positive impression
- Stay in constant communication with dispatchers managers and team members throughout the day
- Be our eyes and ears at each job siteif you see something say something
- Finish your last work order and head home!
