Job Description
Description of the role:
The Automotive Biller at Superior Ford in Plymouth Minnesota plays a vital role in the dealerships financial operations. This position requires a detailoriented individual with strong mathematics and organizational skills. The Automotive Biller is responsible for verifying and processing all documents related to all vehicle purchases and sales ensuring accurate and timely billing and processing.
Responsibilities:
- Process all documentation for all vehicle purchases and sales of retail and wholesale
- Maintain accurate schedules of vehicle inventory and sales transactions
- Communicate with customers vendors and internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies or issues
- Month End processing of all vehicle transactions
- Misc clerical tasks as they come up
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in automotive billing or a related field
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient computer skills including experience with billing software and Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
