About the role
As a Revenue Marketing Manager m/w/d) for the DACH region you will play a pivotal role in driving demand generation and business growth across the region. You will be responsible for collaborating with Clinical Effectiveness country leaders functional marketing colleagues and sales teams to develop and support the of the GotoMarket strategy for assigned markets. As a market expert you will develop and execute highimpact marketing plans focused on generating highquality leads convert them into opportunities and help sales build a robust sales pipeline. This position is responsible for meeting the regional demand generation goals and making a tangible contribution to business results. In your role as market expert you will also help support awareness and reputation programs in the market. This role will report to the Europe Revenue Marketing Associate Director.
Responsibilities
Market Expertise and Intelligence: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of assigned markets. Become the local expert on Wolters Kluwer Clinical Effectiveness customers and market; develop and maintain an understanding of the regional healthcare market dynamics actively monitoring communicating and acting upon changes relevant to customers and competition.
Support efforts to drive market intelligence opportunity analysis competitive and pain point analysis and local persona development.
Gather and report customer/prospect intelligence to sales and crossfunctional teams
Contribute to validating new solutions and products in the market.
Marketing Plan Development and : Collaborate closely with Clinical Effectiveness marketing and sales leadership to develop and execute the marketing plan supporting pipeline and revenue generation.
Develop a marketing plan focused on generating highquality leads maximizing budgets and raising awareness in alignment with gotomarket plans for the assigned markets.
Work closely with marketing senior managers country managers and sales teams to align regional strategies with global objectives.
Align and collaborate with other marketing functions (campaign programs value insights PR and digital teams) to implement the marketing plan effectively.
Work closely with the regional sales team to ensure they are aware and involved in marketing activities and provide feedback.
Localized Messaging: Develop effective localized messaging and positioning to differentiate Wolters Kluwer Clinical Effectiveness solutions in the market and communicate the benefits to multiple personas
Help support PR/AR and Thought Leadership programs in the region.
Lead Generation: Generate highquality CHAMPqualified leads; manage lead pipeline in CRM tool for the region.
Understand the sales pipeline funnel
Partner with the sales team to establish regional relationships with key companies advocates key opinion leaders and resources to support highquality CSuite lead introductions.
Campaign and Event Management: Organize coordinate and execute marketing campaigns and virtual and inperson events.
Ensure successful of plans on time and on budget.
Track and report project timelines sales results and marketing performance.
Analyse activity performance and ROI implement adjustments and recovery plans as needed and influence the allocation of marketing spend based on past performance.
Thought Leadership: Support public relations analyst relations and thought leadership programs in the region.
ABM Programs: Support AccountBased strategy in the region and drive AccountBased Marketing (ABM) programs in collaboration with local sales teams and the ABM marketing team.
Skills

Process Demonstrated ability to follow established procedures and guidelines in administrative tasks ensuring compliance and efficiency in all aspects of the role.
Regulatory Compliance Knowledge of marketing regulations (GDPR) and industry standards.
Requirements
Bachelors degree or equivalent required.
Strategic thinker with 5 years of directly relevant handson enterprise marketing experience.
Native/Bilingual German speaker and business fluent English required. Dutch or any Northern European language is a plus.
Prior healthcare experience preferred.
Experience using Salesforce ABM platforms PowerBI AI tools (e.g. Copilot) and keeping up with technology evolution. ON24 and Seismic expertise is a plus.
Willingness to travel 1530 of the time to cover the geography of the assigned territory ideally (not a must) with Munich and Berlin as preferred working locations.
Flexibility to potentially expand responsibilities to additional European territories in the future.
