Job Description
Position Title: Analytical Analyst
Reports To: Program Manager
Clearance Type: Active Top Secret/SCI (willing to take CI Poly)
Work Location: National Capital Region
Start Date: On Contract Award
Job Description:
Advantage SCI is accepting applications to support a federal agency personnel security program.
Summary of duties include but not limited to:
Prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
Schedule and coordinate meetings and schedules for stakeholders and facilities.
Assist in preparation of presentations.
Conduct massive data analysis to include development of query techniques prototype programs and algorithms.
Develop innovative projects to analyze threat related information and entities strategically and tactically.
Provide reactive data analysis support in response to requests
Perform quality control of processes and products produced.
Assist in the development of administrative and organizational policies and procedures.
Collaborate and interact with behavioral and social science experts to conduct research and analysis.
Gather analyze evaluate and the prepare recommendation on threat and risk matters.
Prepare produce and disseminate both scheduled and unscheduled general products such as briefings studies estimates and assessments memoranda.
Represent activity in working groups and committees
Forecast gaps and initiate development of comprehensive collection plans.
Perform long range planning in support of existing and projected mission requirements.
Make assessments as to overall resource capability to answer existing/projected requirements and identify resource shortfalls.
Assist in the development of administrative and organizational policies and procedures
Experience and Skills
Required Qualifications
Current TOP SECRET. Must be SCI eligible and must be willing to pass a security CI polygraph exam.
Bachelors degree in any field of study or an Associates degree with 6 years progressive program management / analytic experience.
Minimum of five 5 years of demonstrated experience in related data analytic field
Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office applications to include SharePoint Access
Proficiency with Data Analytic software to include MS Excel Python Tableau MySQL and SAS
Working Conditions:
Able to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
Able to stoop kneel bend at the waist and reach
Able to sit stand walk run
Able to lift up to 50 pounds
