As a BDR at Ben youll play a pivotal role in a highimpact fastmoving team that sits at the forefront of our commercial engine.
Youll help drive topoffunnel activity engaging with prospective customers sparking curiosity and setting up meetings for our Account Executives. This role is ideal for someone looking to break into tech sales and who thrives in a fastpaced startup environment.
Research the market: utilise prospecting and research tools to identify target and qualify relevant prospective clients within Bens ideal customer profile
Engage new customers: execute outbound prospecting campaigns (email phone LinkedIn and other channels) to generate leads in our target markets and iterate on outreach strategies as needed
Develop new customers: understand customer needs to gather key prospect information generate interest and bring highquality prospects into the sales pipeline booking meetings and demos for the wider team
Deliver results: pursue both individual and team goals and work towards monthly targets and KPIs
02 years of sales or customerfacing experience (SaaS/startup experience a plus)
Strong organisation skills youll be owning and managing your sales pipeline and KPIs so its crucial you can prioritise your work and manage your time effectively
Highly targetmotivated youll have a strong drive to succeed and hit your weekly and monthly KPIs. Youll be a selfstarter who thrives on autonomy enjoys a rapid pace and wants to make a difference
Passion for sales youll genuinely care about helping people find the right solution and youll have a proactive approach to expanding your knowledge of our product offering and our market
An entrepreneurial mindset youre a selfstarter who thrives on autonomy and are excited by ambiguity and problemsolving
Excellent verbal and written English is essential youll be communicating with our potential customers on a daily basis
Knowledge of systems would be a bonus e.g Hubspot Outreach and LinkedIn Sales Navigator but not a deal breaker!
Arent comfortable working in a fast paced environment
Are not ready to own your own results and be held accountable
Like maintaining the statusquo and arent willing to think outside the box
Like a lot of structure and processes we are a startup and are still working things out and we dont always know whats next
Are not comfortable with ambiguity we will give you guidance but sometimes you have to work things out

3540K base salary (OTE uncapped) equity so you own what you build
Bonus scheme designed to reward and recognise high performance
100 monthly personal Ben Balance: for whatever works for you whether thats Netflix Spotify or a really expensive cup of coffee! This allowance will increase by 50 for each year of service until you reach 250
