This fulltime Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) position offers up to $310000 annually including bonuses 38 days of paid time off and a full benefits package. Youll collaborate with a supportive GIfocused team in a lowstress highefficiency environment focused on patient safety and comfort.
Position Highlights
Up to $310000 total compensation (Base up to $300K bonus)
MondayFriday 7AM3PM schedule
38 total days off annually 30 PTO days 8 holidays)
$3000 CME/Dues allowance
Full benefits including malpractice with tail health dental vision and 401(k) with employer match
No call no weekends no holidays ever
What Youll Do
Provide anesthesia care for outpatient GI/endoscopy procedures
Administer sedation and monitor patients throughout procedures
Conduct thorough pre and postprocedure evaluations
Work collaboratively with GI physicians and nursing staff
Qualifications
Active CRNA license (or eligibility) in Maryland
Outpatient and/or endoscopy anesthesia experience preferred but not required
Strong commitment to safety teamwork and patientcentered care
