Pool Scouts is a professional work environment where you build customer relationships while providing superior cleaning and maintenance services to residential pools.
- Full Time 3240 hours per week MF day shift)
- Maintaining and cleaning residential pools
- Driving a companyissued vehicle
- Minor repairs
- Use of technology (phone tablet) to record and track daily activities

- Workday begins/ends in South Austin. You must have reliable transportation to get to the shop. Company vehicle provided for the workday. Experience has shown those who live north of middowntown get frustrated with traffic and do not stay in the job long. Please consider your personal driving distance carefully before applying.
- It is HOT in the summer. Please be prepared to work in the sun.

Why Pool Scouts
$17.00 $20.00 per hour
* $17 paid training
* $18 when able to be on your own usually after 34 weeks of training
* $19 after 4 weeks solo with good quality work and consistent dependability
* $20 after an additional 90 work days based on good quality of work/performance review. (hire date to $20 per hour is roughly 56 months)
