Hours/Shifts:We offer fulltime parttime and PRN opportunities for all shifts.

Your Responsibilities:

Administer prescribed medications and treatments following state regulations and best practices.

Maintain accurate records on the Medication Administration Record (MAR).

Observe and document residents conditions responses to medications and any significant changes.

Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure highquality care and service consistency.

Assist with resident meals hydration and personal hygiene needs.

Maintain a clean organized work environment and restock medication inventories.

Support residents overall comfort and wellbeing responding promptly to their needs and requests.

Participate in facility activities meetings and improvement initiatives as required.

What You Bring to the Team:

Valid state CMT license(s).

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

High integrity a strong work ethic and a professional demeanor.

Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.

Teamoriented mindset with a commitment to collaboration.

Minimum of one year of experience in longterm care (preferred).
