ideal for someone whos organized responsible and ready to take on various tasks that keep the business running smoothlyfrom customer service to backend coordination.
Core Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for customers: taking orders processing
payments responding to messages and addressing concerns professionally
Manage and update our Shopify store keeping orders accurate and up to date
Record all incoming orders and coordinate them with the workshop for production
Communicate directly with tailors: manage schedules track timelines and ensure
smooth workflow
Schedule the employers calendar: meetings appointments and studiorelated tasks
Seek out industry connections and opportunities for popups exhibitions and events
Coordinate delivery logistics: ensure the delivery person is aligned with customers and
delivery timelines
Oversee the flow of studio operations helping ensure everything is on track and
delivered without delay
Assist with sourcing materials or handling daytoday errands as needed
Required Skills & Qualities:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Confident with basic tech: Google Sheets Shopify (training can be provided)
Comfortable with customer interaction and followup
Reliable proactive and detailoriented
Ability to manage time well and juggle multiple responsibilities
Preferred:
Female candidates are preferred for practical reasons within the team and work environment
Prior experience in fashion retail or abaya/modest wear is a bonus
Arabicspeaking is a plus
