What will your duties be
- Welcome our guests at the hostel providing assistance and information as well as performing administrative and commercial tasks according to your position.
- Handle checkins and checkouts and assign rooms/apartments to guests.
- Provide guests with all requested information and services during their stay.
- Perform customer invoicing.
- Handle customer complaints and issues reporting to your supervisor for resolution.
- Manage and audit work performed throughout the day.
- Support during events and brand experience strategies ensuring a seamless guest experience and reinforcing brand identity.
What are we looking for
- At least 1 year of previous experience in a similar position
- Advanced level of English
- Other languages will be valued
- Multitasking and organisational capability
