Job Description
Role:
You are an experienced project manager and extra meriting will be experience from the insurance industry in general and business transformation driven by core system changes within insurance and Lumera Core in particular.
You are a team player with great communication skills able to lead and collaborate with specialists for example within Product Customer Service IT Sales Finance and Actuaries.
You are well structured with general project management skills such as in planning change management making presentations facilitating workshops creating decision materials et cetera. You are selfgoing and take high responsibility for your deliveries on time with high quality. You are fluent in Swedish and English.
You will partly act as a Scrum master so you are well structured in facilitating sprint ceremonies such as daily standups sprint planning and reviews.
You have strong leadership coaching and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders and motivate teams.
As partly Scrum master you have
Demonstrated lean and agile mindset with handson experience in a SAFe delivery environment managing interdependencies with other teams and projects.
Understand the importance of rapid iteration cycles incorporating continuous user feedback while maintaining delivery commitments.
Proven ability to establish new teams focusing on effective ways of working and fostering a psychologically safe environment that encourages learning and sharing.
Courageous in speaking up for the team when necessary.
Essential requirements:
Project Management Expertise 4 years)
Agile and Scrum Master Proficiency
Insurance Industry Knowledge (Preferably with Lumera Core)
Strong Interpersonal and Leadership Abilities
