Prepare review and validate Bills of Quantities (BoQ) and cost estimates.
Administer contracts and evaluate contractor payments and variations.
Monitor project budgets cost plans and cash flow forecasts.
Conduct value engineering assessments to ensure project efficiency.
Prepare and review tender documents and support procurement processes.
Assess claims change orders and support dispute resolution when required.
Coordinate closely with the design site and finance teams for alignment.
Provide regular commercial reports to project management and client.
