Job Description

Job Purpose/Summary:
The HRMS Functional will work in the Global HRIS transition project.

Primarily will work on Core HR and Total rewards

Key Responsibilities:

Work in the Workday implementation project alongside the core team

Primary module to work on will be Core HR and Total Rewards

Serve as subject matter expert in HRMS domain

Assist in testing and validation of business processes

Help in building domain knowledge gathering requirements providing solutions and impact analysis

Will be required to train and lead sessions like workshops webinars Q&A

Perform basic reporting

Work on documentations

Assist in the design of security configurations roles and permissions within Workday when needed

Understand and ensure security and data privacy standards

Key Performance Indicators:

Knowledge sharing and upskilling



Requirements

Qualificaton:

Bachelor s Degree or equivalent experience

Experience in an HR department an HR shared services center or in an HRIS deployment project

Alternatively an HRBP/HRIS profile who has already been a key user or local relay during an HR digital transformation

Functional Skills/Competencies:

Functional skills:

Good knowledge of Workday (ideally: user experience or project work on Workday HCM and Total Rewards) or alternatively knowledge of other HRIS systems (Oracle HCM SuccessFactors etc. however with mandatory knowledge on Core HR and Total Rewards)

Understanding of HR processes: administrative management mobility training etc.

Must understand both functional and technical aspects of HR processes mainly related to Core HR and Total Rewards

Good to have configuration knowledge

Ability to understand gaps between global processes and local practices

Ability to read and understand project documentation / core model / local model

Technical Skills:

Comfortable with collaborative tools (Teams SharePoint ticketing systems like ServiceNow)

Ability to perform basic reporting (Workday reporting or Excel)

Basic knowledge of roles and permissions in Workday (or other HRIS systems)

Technical knowledge of PeopleSoft HR is a plus

Quick learned and ability to quickly build up skills in a fastpaced project environment with tight deadlines

Ability to train / lead sessions (workshops webinars Q&A...

Problemsolving mindset: able to listen analyze an issue and escalate when necessary

Fluent in English



Key Responsibilities: Workday HCM Implementation: Lead the configuration, deployment, and support of Workday HCM modules, including Core HR, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, Benefits, Learning, Time Tracking, and Absence Management. Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand business processes, provide recommendations, and configure Workday solutions to meet their needs. Solution Design & Configuration: Design functional solutions for Workday HCM modules, document business requirements, and configure the system based on these requirements. Testing & Validation: Develop test cases, perform unit testing, and manage user acceptance testing (UAT) for Workday implementations and upgrades. End-User Training & Support: Provide training and guidance to end users on Workday functionality and workflows. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues. Project Management: Participate in the project planning and coordination of activities, working with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met. Post-Implementation Support: Offer post-go-live support to ensure the effective functioning of the HCM system and resolve any operational issues. Continuous Improvement: Recommend process improvements and enhancements to increase system efficiency and effectiveness. Required Skills and Experience: Experience: 5 years of experience in implementing and supporting Workday HCM modules. Modules Expertise: Strong knowledge of Workday Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Learning, Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Reporting. Configuration Skills: Proficient in Workday configuration, business process design, security setup, and report creation. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients at various levels. Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills. Certifications: Workday HCM certification (preferred but not required). Hybrid/Remote Working: Ability to work in a hybrid or remote environment, with some on-site client engagements as required.
