Job Description
ERx has a need for a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine trained physician to work as both a hospitalist and clinic provider in a small critical access center in Southern Arizona.
Position Details:
10hour day shift covering the inpatient and with some afternoon clinic
24 beds Level IV Emergency Department
ER volume is 5687 with a 2 admission rate and 10 transfer rate
The Average daily census is 4 with a swing bed program
Average length of stay is three days
EMR is Medhost
Pediatric Emergency Prepared Emergency Care Certified Facility
Compensation: Competitive pay as a 1099 independent contractor with malpractice covered
Willcox AZ is located 3 hours from Phoenix and just over 1 hour from Tucson. The town has a population of around 4000 people and the hospital provides services to an area of about 15000.

Requirements
BE/BC Family Medicine Internal Medicine
Board Certified/Board Eligible FM Current ACLS and PALS certifications
