Job Description
Autism Center of Excellence is a premier provider of Applied Behavior Analysis.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead our Baltimore MD clinic. This is a leadership role offering an opportunity to drive clinical excellence mentor BCBAs and RBTs and shape the future of ABA therapy within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all childspecific ABA programs ensuring the highest clinical standards
- Provide leadership and mentorship to BCBAs RBTs and clinical staff
- Collaborate with families to ensure client progress and treatment effectiveness
- Implement evidencebased treatment plans and monitor datadriven decisionmaking
- Conduct staff training supervision and professional development
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and BACB guidelines
- Drive strategic growth of the Baltimore clinic while maintaining clinical excellence
What We re Looking For
- BCBA Certification (per BACB guidelines)
- Master s degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field
- 5 years of ABA experience (leadership experience preferred)
- Strong passion for clinical quality and client success
- Proven ability to lead teams mentor clinicians and collaborate effectively
- Exceptional communication time management and organizational skills
