Job Description

RecruitNet International Ltd specialises in Healthcare recruitment for Domestic and Overseas candidates for Hospitals Nursing Homes Home care and Community care.

We are hiring a CNM II Day care (fulltime &permanent) to our Hospital in Dublin Ireland.

We will provide exceptional patient care in an environment where quality respect caring and compassion are central to all we do.

Responsibilities

  • To encourage the provision of all patients treated in the department with highquality care.
  • To guarantee adherence to all hospital policies and procedures.
  • To choose priorities and fulfill obligations under duress
  • To keep track of records and other paperwork related to patient and nursing care.
  • To keep an eye on and assess clinical efficacy and quality assurance within the department.
  • To support the development of a safe competent and skilled nursing workforce.
  • To plan and oversee ward/area operations to guarantee that every patient receives the best possible comprehensive nursing care.
  • To plan direct and coordinate nursing care and liaise with allied services



Requirements

  • Be listed on the NMBIs general division of the nursing registry and possess a valid NMBI Pin (both are required).
  • Have three to five years of experience working in an acute setting after registering (important)
  • Possess a minimum of one years experience working in an acute care setting such as a daycare.
  • Possess at least one year of managerial experience; this is preferred.
  • Have finished a management training course (preferred)
  • Demonstrate clinical and professional aptitude
  • Possess strong IT abilities and be adept at using all pertinent apps.
  • Possess outstanding interpersonal skills and the capacity to operate independently.
