Job Description
As a Scrum Master you will:
Quickly integrate with squads to help them evolve into highperforming collaborative units.
Facilitate and support Scrum rituals and other teambuilding activities to promote continuous improvement and timely resolution of impediments.
Lead by example coaching the squad in Scrum values with a servantleader mindset "from the back of the room."
Ensure alignment of working methods across multiple squads and their Scrum Masters.
Actively collaborate with fellow Scrum Masters and leadership to enhance agile maturity within the project.
6 8 years of professional experience with proven capability managing 2 or more squads simultaneously.
Strong understanding and handson experience with Scrum and familiarity with other frameworks like SAFe.
Proficient in Agile collaboration tools including MS Teams Miro and Azure DevOps.
Excellent communication skills in English with a transparent and open approach to resolving issues.
A resultsoriented mindset with a strong focus on delivery and output.
You Should Possess the Ability to:
Inspire and motivate squads without being overly assertive.
Empathize with team members and provide coaching to foster growth and improvement.
Think critically and contribute innovative ideas to improve ways of working.
Demonstrate strong leadership through constructive feedback even in complex stakeholder environments.
Navigate and resolve conflicts constructively facilitating open dialogue and resolution.
See the bigger picture and proactively address process inefficiencies.
Collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders including IT Leads Product Owners Solution Architects and other Scrum Masters.
