Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate or highend sales/marketing roles
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
- A confident polished and professional demeanour
- Selfmotivated targetdriven and wellorganized
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell residential and commercial properties
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
- Engage with clients through property tours presentations and consultations
- Build and maintain strong client networks through excellent communication
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth deal closures
- Represent the company with professionalism at events and client meetings
