Job Description

About the Role:

This role requires indepth technical experience with GE ADMS products focusing on Power On Fusion (PoF) and Power On Advantage (PoA). The Customer Support Engineer will work on DMS applications including OMS DER SCADA and DNAF ensuring endtoend functionality and support for electrical transmission and distribution systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install support and maintain ADMS systems including SCADA OMS and DNAF.

  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues across UI network performance and communication layers.

  • Participate in crossfunctional coordination to drive closure of customer issues.

  • Mentor junior team members in troubleshooting techniques and contribute to internal knowledge bases.

  • Ensure NERC CIP compliance and adherence to change control protocols.

  • Engage directly with customers for diagnostics issue resolution and reporting.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Handson with GE ADMS products including PoF PoA OMS SCADA.

  • Knowledge of Transmission and Distribution networks.

  • Experience with Oracle SQL Jasper Reports Cassandra Linux and Windows.

  • Good understanding of IP networks DNS firewalls Active Directory.

  • Strong analytical and customer interaction skills.
