Job Description

This is a remote position.

We re looking for a skilled and motivated Back End Engineer to help build datadriven solutions in the insurance space working closely with Product and Tech teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop clean reusable and testable code for core project features.
  • Build APIs and back end features using hexagonal architecture and eventdriven design in AWS.
  • Ensure high standards in security scalability performance and reliability.
  • Write automated tests and infrastructure templates.
  • Contribute to technical decisions and collaborate on architecture and planning.
  • Suggest improvements and maintain technical documentation.



Requirements

Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in Python back end development and API design.
  • 3 years working with AWS and serverless technologies (Lambda Step Functions etc..
  • Solid understanding of microservices asynchronous processing and messaging.
  • Handson with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
  • Experience with FastAPI or Flask.
  • Knowledge of OAuth2 OpenID and OpenAPI standards.
  • ENGILSH (High level)
Nice to Have
  • Experience with SQS batch processing ETL pipelines.
  • Familiarity with MongoDB Postgres or DynamoDB.
  • Exposure to geospatial data and applications.
