Job Description
This is a remote position.
We re looking for a skilled and motivated Back End Engineer to help build datadriven solutions in the insurance space working closely with Product and Tech teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop clean reusable and testable code for core project features.
- Build APIs and back end features using hexagonal architecture and eventdriven design in AWS.
- Ensure high standards in security scalability performance and reliability.
- Write automated tests and infrastructure templates.
- Contribute to technical decisions and collaborate on architecture and planning.
- Suggest improvements and maintain technical documentation.
Requirements
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in Python back end development and API design.
- 3 years working with AWS and serverless technologies (Lambda Step Functions etc..
- Solid understanding of microservices asynchronous processing and messaging.
- Handson with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience with FastAPI or Flask.
- Knowledge of OAuth2 OpenID and OpenAPI standards.
- ENGILSH (High level)
Nice to Have
- Experience with SQS batch processing ETL pipelines.
- Familiarity with MongoDB Postgres or DynamoDB.
- Exposure to geospatial data and applications.
