Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator with a strong understanding of influencer marketing to support our growing team. This role bridges marketing and sales managing outreach relationships and campaigns with influencers while driving lead generation and conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage influencer outreach and partnerships
Support the sales team with lead tracking followups and reporting
Assist in developing and executing influencer marketing strategies
Communicate with influencers agencies and internal teams
Track campaign performance and assist in compiling insights
Maintain CRM and organize influencer and client databases
Requirements
Previous experience in influencer marketing sales support or digital campaigns
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Highly organized with attention to detail
Familiarity with CRM tools spreadsheets and marketing platforms
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Bonus: Experience working with influencer platforms or affiliate marketing tools
