This is a remote position.
We are seeking Solutions Architect to join our team. Y ou will be responsible for overseeing the successful of system integrations and enterprise implementations for our clients. You will build a team of onboarding specialists and integration managers working closely with crossfunctional teams including Product Sales Customer Success and Engineering. This role requires a deep understanding of technical architecture integration strategies and clientfacing communication with the ability to manage complex projects and deliver highquality solutions.
Responsibilities:
EnterpriseLevel Implementations:
- Manage and lead endtoend enterprise implementations ensuring system integrations are seamless scalable and align with client requirements.
- Work with clients to understand their business needs and provide technical guidance on SaaS solution configurations and integrations.
- Define and document integration requirements working with both internal teams and external clients to design custom solutions as needed.
System Integrations & Technical Architecture:
- Lead the integration of our SaaS platform with client systems including Applicant Tracking Systems HRIS calendar job board and other enterprise applications.
- Design develop and implement integration strategies that ensure data flow and system interoperability between platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to integrations ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
Cusromer Discovery and Client Management:
- Engage in customer discovery ensuring an accurate understanding of customer needs challenges and expectations preactivation.
- Manage customer relationships acting as the primary point of contact for all technical and integrationrelated queries.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Serve as the technical liaison between clients and internal teams translating business needs into technical requirements and solutions.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to drive product improvements based on client feedback and implementation challenges.
- Assist Sales and Customer Success teams with presales activities and postsales support providing technical expertise and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Process or Product Improvement & Documentation:
- Continuously evaluate and refine implementation processes workflows and methodologies to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration procedures best practices and troubleshooting guides.
- Influence product roadmap by sharing customer feedback and implementation experiences with the Product team.
Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of onboarding specialists and integration managers ensuring the timely delivery of system integrations and enterprise implementations.
- Foster a collaborative highperformance team environment that encourages innovation accountability and continuous learning.
- Oversee the daytoday management of the team s tasks projects and priorities to ensure successful client implementations.
Requirements
- 4 years of experience in technical implementation onboarding systems integration or solutions engineering preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- 1 years of experience in a leadership or team management role with a track record of successfully leading technical teams.
- Strong understanding of SaaS platforms cloud technologies and enterprise software integrations (e.g. ATS HRIS databases).
- Proficiency in integration technologies such as APIs JSON XML and middleware solutions.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve technical challenges.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Excellent clientmanagement skill
- Familiarity with enterprise IT environments security protocols and compliance standards is a plus.
