The Senior Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for building partnerships with designated divisions and aligning business objectives with employees and leaders. This position leads all employee relations and performance management activities by providing guidance and counsel to managers and employees on policies issues and concerns. This position also supports departmental initiatives and projects.

Qualifications :
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field required. An emphasis in Human Resources Management is preferred.
Certifications: A Professional Human Resources Certification (SHRMCP SHRMSCP PHR or SPHR) is strongly preferred.
Job Experience: Minimum of five years progressive human resources experience required with directly related experience in resolving complex employee relations issues coaching and consulting with leaders performance management and providing proactive trend analysis and solutions. Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulations is required.
Software Skills: Experience working with a HRMS is required. Proficient knowledge of MS Office programs including Outlook Word Excel and Teams.
Physical Demands: Must be able to regularly talk hear and operate a computer keyboard and mouse and occasionally lift pull/push and carry up to 10 pounds with accommodations.
Work Conditions: Exposure to constant or intermittent sounds at a low or moderate level consistent with an office setting. Exposure to highstress fastpaced deadlineoriented environment.
Travel Demands: Reliable transportation is required due to occasional travel to branches and other locations within the area.
