Job Description
- Working knowledge of HACCP.
- Specialisation in Wok and/or Breakfast is highly regarded.
- Prepare key menu items for busy service
- Ensure buffet is constantly stocked and readily available to customers
Qualifications :
Certificate 3 & 4 in Commercial Cookery
Additional Information :
To be successful youll be able to:
- Work across a 24/7 roster including late evenings weekends & public holidays
This role requires Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
