We are seeking an experienced IT Consultant to lead and manage our IT operations across various domains. The successful candidate will oversee the operation of ERP systemswith a primary focus on ERP operationsand support key ERP modules including BC HR and FI/CO. In addition this role includes oversight of IT operations robust IT controls with a focus on budget management cost analysis and process improvements to drive cost efficiency and consolidation across all corps. The IT Consultant will also manage new projects handle detailed reporting paperwork and operate new IT systems from MCCA (e.g. HR BI system and websites). A key responsibility will be establishing consolidated IT procurement processes to achieve significant cost savings and equitable cost distribution among branches
Responsibilities:
(To perform within this position successfully the incumbent must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.
ERP Operations:
- Manage and optimize overall ERP operations with a primary focus on ensuring the effectiveness of key modules including BC HR and FI/CO.
- Collaborate with business units to ensure seamless integration and continuous improvement across these modules.
Infrastructure Management & IT Control:
- Supervise and maintain IT infrastructure including network servers and hardware.
- Implement robust IT control measures focusing on budget oversight cost management and efficiency improvement initiatives.
IT Consolidation & Project Management:
- Lead IT consolidation efforts across all corps to streamline processes and systems.
- Drive new project management activities including documentation reporting and overall project coordination.
New IT Systems Operation:
- Oversee the deployment and ongoing management of new IT systems from MCCA such as HR BI systems and web platforms.
Procurement & Cost Saving Initiatives:
- Develop and implement processes for IT consolidated procurement.
- Ensure effective cost division and sharing of IT operating expenses among all branches.
Qualifications :
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science (or related field).
- Over 10 years of experience in IT management with proven expertise in ERP systems infrastructure management and IT controls.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and IT consolidation across multiple branches or corporate entities.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with multinational corporations particularly in contexts similar to MOBIS.
- Familiarity with HR BI systems webbased platforms and modern IT procurement processes.
- Strong analytical problemsolving and leadership skills.
