Job Description
Are you a natural leader with a passion for service At Douglas J were seeking a Guest Services Associate who embodies confidence style and a strong connection to the barber and salon industry. Youll represent our brand with pride ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience from start to finish.
What Youll Do:
- Welcome guests and manage checkin and checkout
- Support students with professional guest interactions and retention
- Assist with retail recommendations and purchases
- Perform Aveda Rituals of Renewal
- Reserve and confirm guest appointments
