Job Description

Comply with the companys food safety quality and environmental policy regulations. Abide by and implement safety regulations and code of conduct.

Be responsible for the design and debugging of the new project;
3SIEMENS PCST7SIEMENS S71500/1200 PLCWINCC
Be responsible for the programming of PLC WCC and other process control system;
4&P&ID
Keep updated programming documentation with accurate notes process & Gauge (P&ID) linkage map instrument list and other related documents;

Inspect regularly the control system report and take initiative to resolve the problems timely;

Use the root analysis method and other methods to solve the problem of control system hardware and software and avoid the recurrence of such problems;
7
Periodically update and backup to ensure the automation control system reliability; responsible for the safe operation of industrial automation control system to prevent external hacker attacks;

Assist in handing difficult problems of electrical and instrument;
9
Check and analyze the content and requirements of the project to ensure the appropriate interlock and (control) order;
10PLC
Give regular training of instrument and PLC control system to electrical team;

Responsible for the safety inventory of automation control system hardware

Other tasks assigned by the company.
