Job Description
Our Sales Development Representative (SDR) Early Career Training Program offers an entry point into the world of business development providing foundational knowledge and valuable skills. Youll collaborate with earlycareer professionals contributing to lead generation by identifying and engaging potential clients at the initial stages of their purchasing journey within a supportive team environment. Successful participants may also have the opportunity to nurture qualified leads. This program serves as a platform to build a strong foundation for a successful sales career.
Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive sales outreach via multiple channels including LinkedIn Email Reddit etc.. to engage potential customers.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive customer database.
- Drive lead generation by encouraging prospects to schedule product demonstrations.
- Implement targeted email marketing campaigns to attract and nurture leads.
- Support product demonstrations and diligently follow up on outcomes.
- Contribute to content marketing initiatives and basic design tasks.
- Actively participate in community building efforts to expand reach and engagement.
Qualifications :
To succeed in this program candidates must possess the following:
- Proficient English language skills (mandatory)
- Ability to work fulltime throughout the 3month program duration (mandatory)
- Proactive communication skills.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in search engines Microsoft Office Suite and AI chat bots (Chat GPT Grok Gemini)
- Strong listening and quick learning abilities.
- Persistence and discipline in their work openminded and possesses a positive work attitude.

- Receive allowances (after successfully completing the Bootcamp):
- Daily allowance: VND 120000 per day.
