Product Manager ASSURE Land & Property Solutions
Reporting to: Head of Product Management
Location: Homeworker/Hybrid Depending on proximity to an NEC office

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for building impactful products that make a real difference NEC is on the lookout for a Product Manager to lead the charge on our Land & Property portfoliocovering Planning Building Control and Land Charges.
Youll play a key role in shaping the product vision aligning it with industry trends and customer needs and translating that vision into a clear roadmap and successful market delivery. Youll work with customers government bodies and internal teams to drive product strategy build strong partnerships and deliver solutions that transform how local authorities serve citizens.
What youll be doing:
- Own the product vision and roadmap for our Land & Property suite
- Translate strategy into requirements wireframes and prototypes in collaboration with business analysts
- Collaborate with the Head of Product and our Sales and Marketing teams to develop effective pricing and positioning strategies
- Lead product delivery from concept through to launch working closely with the Development teams to ensure highquality and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with local authorities government departments (like MHCLG LABC HMLR) and industry partners to understand frontline challenges and adapt product features accordingly
- Stay ahead of legislative changes and make sure our solutions are always compliant and competitive
- Organise and lead workshops and user groups to keep the customer voice at the centre
- Spot growth opportunities and help expand our market share across the UKand potentially beyond
- Champion digital transformation and business process improvement through NEC solutions
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to continuously refine the product offering
Qualifications :
What were looking for:
- Solid understanding of one or more areas in the Land & Property domain (Planning Building Control Land Charges)
- Experience with local government and their processes
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- A passion for usercentric design and continuous improvement
- Great at turning complex customer needs into clear actionable product features
- Comfortable working across teams and managing multiple stakeholders
- Curious proactive and always looking for ways to improve and grow
