Job Description
About the role:
As an Accounts Payable Accountant you will ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices while maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and suppliers. Youll play a key role in resolving discrepancies optimizing financial workflows and contributing to process improvements. About your tasks:
- Process invoices efficiently Review verify and process incoming invoices ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Resolve discrepancies Work with Procurement and Warehouse teams to investigate and resolve invoice mismatches.
- Manage supplier communication Serve as the first point of contact for payment inquiries and clarifications.
- Maintain accurate records Update supplier accounts including bank details and ledger accuracy.
- Ensure timely payments Monitor due dates prepare payment proposals and support cash flow management.
- Drive process improvements Identify and implement enhancements to optimize Accounts Payable workflows.
Qualifications :
About you:
- You enjoy working with numbers and are meticulous punctual and precise. In other words accurate and attentive do detail.
- You bring relevant experience from a similar accounting/finance role.
- You have a financial education or several years of experience in a financial department.
- You are fluent in English knowledge of German is highly desirable.
