You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThis is a position in the Customer Firmware Enablement team of which mission is to engage with customers of Enterprise Class HDD products and ensure customer satisfaction on features qualification and ongoing support. The team is responsible for bringing up new Hard Disk Drive (HDD) FW and features manage customer expectation and experience and provide FW engineering support to customers in qualifications and throughout the product life cycle.
Qualifications :
Individual that demonstrates profound Firmware skills and excellent customer engagement and communication ability.
Individual also need to have fluent English and Chinese language skills to communicate and produce technical documents to engage with both internal teams and the customers on issues features and collaborations
