Team Summary

The Visa Commercial Solutions (VCS) team is a worldclass commercial organization experiencing tremendous growth as we expand into new payment flows and continue to grow our core card solutions. This is an incredibly exciting time to join our team as we expand. Our team brings payment solutions and associated services to clients around the world. Our global Financial Institution clients and partners deploy our solutions to serve the needs of Small Businesses Middle Market Companies Large Corporate Enterprises Multinational Organizations and Governments. We work closely with Issuers Merchants FinTechs and other ecosystem players to deliver these services. We believe that the market is at an inflection point wherein Visa can play a larger role in building and delivering solutions around the world.

Within VCS the Global Product Commercialization team supports the Global Platform Product and Solution owners moving new products features and functionality through the MVP/pilot phase to general availability and continuous lifecycle management. Specifically the team develops frameworks processes project plans and tollgates as well as collaborating with product owners to create compelling documentation and sales enablement materials.

What a Corporate Sales Manager Visa Commercial Solutions does at Visa:

  • Develop short and longterm strategies with our regional Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to rollout localize and maintain B2B commercial payment solutions such as Corporate T&E and B2B payables (including Business Payment Service Provider and Global Trade Payment Platform and B2B acceptance)
  • Grow a portfolio of existing commercial card issuance and build up rapport with key commercial issuing partners
  • Identify structure and close deals with new prospects and upsell to Visa commercial payment solutions through consultative sales approach and valueadded technical solutioning
  • Implement gotomarket approach of Visa Commercial Solutions for key accounts and collaborate with Account Executives in local market and Subject Matter Experts in Regional Hub to accelerate timetorevenue project deliverables 
  • Identifying new revenue or capability augmentation opportunities for Visa through strong understanding of Visa objectives and offerings 

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.


Qualifications :

What you will need:

  • Minimum 8 years of industry related experiences in commercial payment area from transactional banking or cash management in financial institutions (for platform & supplier payment solutions) OTAs (for Corporate T&Es) fintechs and/or card schemes with at least 6 years of clientfacing track record in successfully selling solutions to enterprises SMEs or financial institutions
  • Proven track record of sellingin complex technical solutions by distilling client requirements working around clients or solution s constraints and proposing the right value proposition and product construct
  • Proven track record of planning managing and closing a complex competitive sales effort and managing deals from negotiation to closing and through delivery
  • Excellent problemsolving skills demonstrating intellectual and analytical rigor in understanding commercial and technical issues
  • Able to independently lead and manage crossfunctional initiatives with proven leadership success in influencing internal stakeholders
  • Strong team player selfmotivated and the ability to work independently across functions
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Bachelors degree required
