Job Description
Assistant Manager Food & Beverage
Are you looking for your next role that will assist you in achieving your goal of being a Food & Beverage Manager Then we have the job for you! As an Assistant Manager you will strategically lead the team to take guest satisfaction to the next level.
What you will be doing:
- Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets (Restaurant Bar & Conferencing) ensuring high service standards and operational efficiency.
- Lead and develop the team fostering a culture of performance training and continuous improvement.
- Monitor revenue costs and budgets to meet financial targets while minimizing waste and maximizing profitability.
- Work with the Kitchen team to refine menu pricing promotions and offerings that align with guest preferences.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to ensure seamless event and client satisfaction.
Qualifications :
Your Experience and Skills:
- Previous experience in leading a team in a Restaurant or Event environment will be highly regarded
- The ability and flexibility to work across a seven day rotating roster including late nights weekends and public holidays
- Previous experience with a POS System; we currently use Shiji
- Excellent communication skills and high standard of grooming and personal presentation
- Exceptional organisational skills and an ability to maintain composure and effectiveness when faced with competing priorities.
- Currently hold or be willing and able to obtain a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
