- SKINMEDICA product management support to ensure the sustainable portfolio launch in China based on market landscape/trends & consumer needs; and develop product concept with superiority & differentiation in market with data & aesthetic consumer insight enabling ability etc

- Plan and manage endtoend SKINMEDICA GTM new launches seasonal campaigns incl. campaign ideation activation highlights inclinic engagement synergizing with ADI CA team for paidmedia social influences to build brand awareness and social buzz from online to offline inclinic draw learning from posttracking for future

- Drive & deliver high quality contents for omnichannel adaptation by strong collaboration across functions both internal & external (eg. internal closely with ADICA team & sales team; external with KOLs like dermatologists and IMC agency)

- Business planning including product forecast regulation process management & KPI control

Qualifications :
Education and Experience
- BS/BA in business marketing or management; MT (trainee) preferred.
- 3 years in with brand/product marketing with content development campaign planning &
- Working experience in Cosmetics especially imported premium skincare brand and pharmaceutical/cosmeceutical brands Consumer goods Personal & beauty Care or talents from Aesthetic/pharmaceutical OTC brands are welcomed
- Working experience in new product launch and endtoend brand management is preferred
