Become part of an international team of logistics experts at Bosch Home Comfort Group (HC) with a special focus on the Business Unit Electric Solutions (ES) the unit responsible for Boschs heat pump portfolio. In the international manufacturing network we are responsible for the introduction and coordination of a HCwide logistical quantity planning process (S&OP) from sales and production planning to capacity coordination with our suppliers. As the link between central logistics business units sales and the production plants we are the first point of contact for all overarching logistics issues. In addition we are responsible for the operational management of global shortages for coordinating the distribution of available purchased parts to production plants and the allocation of finished goods to countries. Our broad area of responsibility also includes the logistical support of new launches in the product portfolio. Our tasks furthermore include performance management about inventories and the availability of goods in the plants and markets.
Own and drive logistics performance: Take full responsibility for Logistics Performance Management within the Business Unit ES. Focus on key KPIs such as inventory levels and product availability with a particular emphasis on optimizing slow and nonmoving inventory.
Forecast analysis and corrective actions: Conduct deepdive analyses of forecast developments to identify and explain deviations. Collaborate with markets and plants to define and initiate targeted countermeasures.
Planning process leadership: Actively contribute to planning processes such as the Business Plan (BP) and Current Forecast (CF). Set and monitor logistics targets across markets and plants to ensure goal achievement and transparency.
Crossfunctional collaboration: Work closely with senior management global logistics controlling plant and sales logistics stakeholders to ensure consistent alignment and decisionmaking throughout the organization.
Reporting and system ownership: Design develop and maintain intuitive dashboards and reporting tools using Microsoft Power BI and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). As the Key User of the SAP Business Warehouse (SAP BW) for logistics reports lead system enhancements and enable users through training and support initiatives within ES.
Supply chain optimization: Analyze endtoend supply chains to uncover improvement potential. Independently manage and implement impactful optimization projects. Present results and actionable recommendations in a concise decisionready format for both departmental and managementlevel meetings.

Experience and knowhow: You have indepth knowledge of logistics as well as indepth experience in optimizing logistics processes and key figures in operational logistics and in project management.
IT skills: You are extremely confident in dealing with MS Office (especially Excel PowerPoint). SAP is not a foreign word for you (ERP especially modules MM SD possibly APO). Data analytics skills (e.g. Power BI) would be desirable and value is placed on a high level of IT affinity.
Languages: Excellent command of written and spoken English is required. Proficiency in German Swedish or Portuguese is an advantage.
Mobility: You are willing to travel internationally on a regular basis.
Education: Studies in economics industrial engineering supply chain management or comparable.
