A Brief Overview
The Retail Sales Audit Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Retail Sales Audit team with daily functions and handling escalated or complex issues. This position will engage and develop associates to continuously improve performance while ensuring they have the training and resources to do their job well. This position is actively involved in the monthend close process.
What you will do
Oversees the daily functions of the Retail Sales Audit Department. Coaches and trains team members. Provides performance feedback and follows corrective action process when necessary.
Participates in month end closing process. Completes monthly account reconciliations and followup on items that need further researched.
Serves as primary contact for other corporate departments and reviews and audits requests.
Researches and resolves issues referred from team members
Facilitates cross training for associates and mentors associates through answering questioning and providing additional training
Allocates departmental workload in a manner which enables the achievement of established goals and objectives. Tracks assigned Key Performance Indicators and reports periodically to management
Performs other duties as assigned
Complies with all policies and standards
What you will need
Bachelors Degree or equivalent Required
46 years relevant experience Required
Previous people leadership experience Required
Knowledge of company revenue and tender systems bank reconciliations accounting sales audit theory
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Oracle experience and experience with Microsoft Office including Word Excel and Access
