FLSA STATUS: FullTime Exempt
WORK LOCATION: New York NY
HYBRID SCHEDULE: This role requires 2 inoffice days per week at our NYC office.

As the nations first and NYCs largest youth mentoring organization Big Brothers Big Sisters of New York City (BBBS of NYC) connects generations of New Yorkers by matching a caring adult mentor a Big with a New York City youth a Little. Through evidencebased goalcentered professional supporting programming BBBS of NYC provides consistent support and guidance to matches that result in longer stronger match relationships that advance the socialemotional development and academic progress of young people across the five boroughs.
JOB SUMMARY:
BBBS of NYC seeks a fulltime Senior Program Manager College Access. Reporting directly to the Director College & Career Success this person will play an essential role in deepening the organizations college access efforts and college planning culture for our youth. This individual must have availability to work some evenings and weekends and attend weekly meetings with the Director College & Career Success to advance the departments strategic priorities and establish a comprehensive college access program.
