Description of the role:
The Dietary Technician at Waterview Heights in Rochester NY plays a crucial role in ensuring the nutritional needs of residents are met.
The hours for this position is 8am4pm MF
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and serving of meals
- Monitor dietary restrictions and preferences
- Document food intake and report any issues
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure quality and timeliness
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a dietary setting preferred
- Understanding of nutrition guidelines
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
