You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailCoordination and resolution of 1st level support issues (errors modifications extensions deletions) related to PIM/MAM software data/content and user administration
Troubleshooting of system malfunctions identifying solutions and either implementing fixes directly or escalating to the responsible team member
Ensuring all requests are processed in a timely manner and in line with user satisfaction standards
Conducting live system training sessions to support onboarding of new users
Ongoing professional development including implementation of basic configuration changes and bug fixes
Working within a global team and collaborating with a crossfunctional international community with occasional travel (up to 5
Qualifications :
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a support role and ticket handling with expertise in PIM data management and the ability to recognize technicallogical relationships
Skilled in structuring and analyzing data sets; general understanding of IT systems and data modeling (e.g. CSV XML)
Completed vocational training (e.g. technician) preferably as an IT systems management assistant or with a strong technical interest
Excellent written and spoken English including IT terminology; good knowledge of German is a plus
Familiarity with agile frameworks and ways of working
Fast learner with an analytical and structured mindset; able to work under pressure and focused on solutions
Strong interest in working with the latest technologies
Selfmotivated with a strong sense of ownership over tasks and projects
Adaptable to new development environments with a proactive and collaborative approach
Customer and qualityoriented responsible communicative and a reliable team player
Naturally open to giving and receiving feedback contributing to a positive team culture
Creative mindset with a willingness to explore new ideas and think outside the box
