Schedule Details:

  • fulltime days
  • relocation assistance or sign on bonus of up to $7500
  • commuter package $1000 annually

Dove Healthcare St Croix Falls is seeking a nursing home administrator that values quality and customer service to lead our 50bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center.

Enhanced Administrative and Clinical Support in St. Croix Falls

  • Director of nursing support includes assistant director of nursing and two nurse case managers
  • Regional support to assist with training and audits
  • Nurse practitioner visits onsite weekly
  • Onsite CNA classes by our education partner Healthcare Workforce Training Institute; access to medication aide course to retain qualifying CNAs and support your RNs
  • Designated HR specialist coordinates / leads all recruitment efforts
  • Learn grow and navigate challenges by also collaborating with the NHA leaders from 10 other Dove Healthcare skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers
  • Dove Healthcare Management Services: regional leaders in billing / finance clinical services human resources IT marketing and communications and rehabilitation

As the administrator you will:

  • oversee the successful operations of our skilled nursing facility
  • support facility directors and employees in providing exceptional quality of care
  • ensure regulatory compliance

Required Qualifications:

  • bachelors degree in healthcare administration or adequate experience in a healthcare setting
  • current Wisconsin nursing home administrator license or be in the process of obtaining

Preferred Skills

  • previous nursing home administrator experience
