Job Description
1. As Site lead fulfil HoE responsibilities with Commanding Officers delegated authority.
2. As Site lead fulfil 4Cs Duty Holder responsibilities as formally appointed by Commanding Officer.
3. Responsible for ensuring personal administration of all 158 Coy workforce is completed in accordance with the UAM and direction from the RAO and RCMO. This includes the assurance of the Reserve Attendance Pay System for Reserve personnel in accordance with JSP 754 and RLF Regulations and Bn MS framework.
4. ARC Security Officer; and site IT Security Officer inclusive to this is MoDNET Local Security Officer.
5. Responsible for all G4 Infra issues; including the daily management of the site liaise with the local RFCA on matters relating to the maintenance of the site and facilitate assurance visits for the Coy including G1 TECHEVAL LEA LSA&I SHEF & Security.
6. Ensure that all info systems are maintained; including JPA MoDNET PPS PAPMIS My HR and MUSTER.
7. Maintain Service NonPublic funds in accordance with Service Funds Regulations 2000 and as directed by the SFM and Internal Auditor.
8. Line Manager for all Civilian Staff within the Coy and provide administrative MS support to the Coy.
9. SubUnit Welfare Officer duties; including being the Coy Diversity & Inclusion Practitioner TRiM Focal Point Press Officer facilitate Compulsory Testing and carry out CNO duties as directed by the Adjt 101 FS Bn REME.
10. Provide general advice guidance and support to the Coy PS and Reserve Management to aid the smooth running of the Coy including oversight of Coy Fire Officer and MT Dept.
