Job Description

Direct Report

Retail Supervisor

Duties & Responsibilities

Operate the Retail Pro pointofsale (register) system

Process sales including cash & credit card transactions

Restock Inventory

Provide camp information and directions to guests requests and questions.

Provide a friendly and enthusiastic environment with a genuine interest in our guests

Reduce inventory shrinkage with diligent stock management and loss prevention strategies

Maintain a clean organized inspected neat and safe working area

Other duties or projects as assigned by SBR leadership

Abide by policies and procedure outlined in the SBR staff handbook

Qualifications & Training

18 years of age or older

Organized and detailoriented

Ability to multitask

Ability to use computer and PointofSale software

Ability to accurately count cash make change and count inventory

Honest punctual dependable

Ability to use Microsoft Teams daily for work related communication and coordination

Be or become a registered member of Scouting America

Performance Results

Maintain positive customer satisfaction based on feedback from customers

Achieve wide product knowledge leading to improved customer engagement and sales.

Create repeat customers and generate loyalty with positive interactions.

Physical Requirements

Up to 810 hours a day of either standing walking stocking and the ability to lift 30 lbs.

Can pass the physical exam and approved for SBR height and weight requirements HERE
