What Youll Do

As a Finish Carpenter at Eldon Builders you will:

• Specialize in custom interior finish work including trim crown molding builtins wainscoting cabinetry and other detailed features.

• Work closely with the Project Manager and team to ensure every finish element meets our exacting standards.

• Read and interpret blueprints shop drawings and interior elevations to execute highquality interior finishes.

• Maintain clean organized and safe job sites with an emphasis on precision and presentation.

What Were Looking For

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential construction or finish carpentry.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of finish carpentry techniques tools and materials.

• Ability to read and work from blueprints and detail plans.

• Excellent problemsolving and organizational skills.
