Job Description
Exceptional Family Resources is seeking a compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to work with a young male in the Sandy Creek area. This individual is looking for a dedicated staff member to assist him in developing communication skills and engaging in activities he enjoys such as simple games quiet activities outdoor walks and occasional trips to the zoo. The role offers a relaxed setting with occasional community outings.
We are looking for someone who is patient enthusiastic and committed to making a positive impact. A high school diploma or GED and reliable transportation are required. Before hire a background check fingerprinting and DMV record check will be conducted by our nonprofit agency.

Flexible Hours available.
The pay rate is $25.00 per hour with opportunity for pay increase. EFR is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
