Northwest Specialty Hospital is seeking a visionary leader to join our team as Nurse Manager of Clinics!
Under the direction of the Director of Clinical Development the Nurse Manager of clinics will assist with planning implementation development and evaluation of all nursing programs goals objectives and initiatives for assigned Northwest Specialty Hospital Clinics. The Nurse Manager will ensure that the clinics are in compliance with the philosophy policies procedures and goals of the hospital as well as the corporation. Additional responsibilities include maintaining high patient and employee satisfaction scores assuring all clinical staff are working in accordance with the National Patient Safety Goals and hospital standards serve as a role model for professional and nursing practice and guiding staff in meeting/exceeding clinical standards. The Nurse Manager will assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective delivery of patient care services. In this role you will ensure that the integrity of information pertaining to the facilitys patients staff and physicians is protected. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is required. Will perform other duties as assigned.
