Shift: Overnight Fri Sat Sun Mon 10pm 6:45am) 32hrs Full Time

The ideal candidate will be open and willing to work an outdoors grave shift post from 10pm6:45am. They will be able to provide extraordinary customer service to our clients and their elite team alwayscreatesa safe and secure environment by deterring observing and make the world a safer place by providing innovative highquality sustainable security and peace of mind to our clients and their customers.

Position Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED Required
• Standard computer / technology skills needed
• Must be able to provide exceptional customer service to our clients and their guests
• Must be responsible accountable objective and have a strong work ethic
• Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal / written communication
• Conflict resolution and deescalation skills a plus
• Customer service background preferred
• Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner
• Must possess a valid drivers license for state of assignment and insurable driving record
• Must have a reliable means of communication
• Must have a reliable means of transportation
• Must have 2 years of security customer service or hospitality experience Work experience in the security industry public service (police fire) or military is desired
  

COMPETENCIES (as demonstrated through experience training and/or testing):

• Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state county and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers
• Must successfully complete classroom and continuous on the job training as mandated by account and company management
• Capable of learning a variety of security and safety devices and controls
• Ability to track and maintain schedule assignments
• Ability to maintain professional composure when dealing with unusual circumstances
• Ability to act effectively without immediate supervision in making judgments regarding site policy and procedures in the absence of supervision and to follow up on actions taken
• Ability to write routine correspondence including logs and reports
• Ability to interact effectively at various social levels and across diverse cultures
• Ability to take initiative and achieve results
• Ability to adapt to changes in the external environment and organization
• Ability to operate a vehicle safely for travel in the performance of duties

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS:With or without reasonable accommodation requires the physical and mental capacity to effectively perform all essential functions. In addition to other demands the demands of the job include:

• Maintaining composure in dealing with authorities executives clients staff and the public occasionally under conditions of urgency and in pressure situations
• May be exposed to stressful situations such as challenging individuals who are in or approaching an unauthorized area
• Required ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
• Regular seeing hearing speaking and writing clearly to communicate with employees and clients
• Depending upon assignment may be exposed to inclement weather or be required to work in environments or under conditions that require the use of protective gear and devices and/or awareness of personal safety and safety of others
• Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 20 pounds occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds and additional lifting and/or moving ability as might be required for the assigned site
• Occasional pulling of a chain to lift a shipping and receiving door; occasional pushing and pulling of a roller gate
• Handling and being exposed to sensitive and confidential information
• Close vision distance vision and ability to adjust focus
