What Youll Do:
- Start at the ground floor gaining valuable skills and techniques to effectively promote our awardwinning brands products and services to clients.
- Represent the company as the face of our brand in Costco warehouses engaging with clients and generating qualified leads for our Sales Department.
- Participate in comprehensive training sessions including both classroom and field training to set you up for success.
- Build expertise in selling topquality window and door products as well as providing the best home remodeling experience in Chicago.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment that values excellence and supports professional growth across departments.
Compensation & Benefits:
- FirstYear Earnings: Earn $60k to $80k even without prior experience.
- $19 an hour plus bonus for every appointment taken and uncapped commission on sales from those appointments
- Compensation Structure: Base salary plus uncapped earning potential allowing you to grow with your success.

Position Details:
- Begin with training to become a Brand Promoter at field marketing events and Costco locations.
- Complete handson tasks in MakeMarketing generating interest and building brand presence.
- Consistently meet and exceed KPI benchmarks with clear metrics to measure success.
- Attend regular training sessions in Sales and Marketing followed by advanced training for transitioning into highperformance sales positions.
- Learn our proprietary sales system from the top sales professionals in the country
