Job Description
A mental health clinic is seeking licensed therapists (LMSW LCSW LMHC LCAT LMFT or those with a Limited Permit) for parttime or fulltime roles. This position offers flexible schedules with a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week. Positions are available inperson remote or hybrid with strong preference for evening availability 5 PM 9 PM).
Responsibilities Include:
Provide individual and group psychotherapy to clients.
Participate in group supervision clinical meetings and staff trainings.
Meet documentation and reporting expectations in a timely manner.
Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure a cohesive treatment approach.
Stay uptodate with best practices in mental health care and ensure compliance with the DSM5.
Ideal Qualifications:
At least one year of psychotherapy experience.
Licensed therapist (LMSW LCSW LMHC LCAT LMFT) or candidates with a Limited Permit.
Strong knowledge of the DSM5 and evidencebased therapeutic approaches.
Excellent organizational time management and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Flexible evening availability 5 PM 9 PM) preferred.
