Job Description:
This Professional Land Surveyor position is an officebased land surveying work of a supervisory nature. The work involves a variety of technical multidisciplined engineering work related to professional land surveying and the development of Right of Way Plans.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Supervising the development recordation and existing inventory of R/W plans involved in property acquired for transportation projects
- Interpreting legal documents
- Writing legal description
- Making decisions relating to survey and real estate issues and
- Approving project plans.
To be minimally qualified for this position candidates must provide evidence ofthe following experience:
Registration as a Professional Land Surveyor in Maine and two 2 years of experience in land surveying at the professional level.
Licensing/Registration/Certification Requirements:
